~ INTRODUCTION TO AND INFORMATION ON "THE LODGE" ~

"The Lodge" is situated on a small acreage within the small privately owned settlement of "Himatangi Country Estate".

It consists of : 

• Accommodation Wing - 15 twin rooms/1 single room - 31 single beds in total.

• Halcombe Lounge Lounge - lounge/dining for up to 60 people, bar facilities (non-licensed), 50" plasma TV & DVD, sound system etc, opens out onto deck with larger concreted patio area/ outdoor furniture, kitchen available for self-catering groups!

• Billiard Room Room - self contained games lounge with full sized snooker/pool table, darts area etc. ( available by arrangement only)

• Parking - plenty of parking available

• Grounds" Grounds - the lodge's extensive grounds are available to patrons for endeavors such as tennis and Petanque or just enjoying the private outdoors setting.

• Swimming pool - Relaxed outdoor setting ( available by arrangement only )

• We provide provide - bedding, linen, towels, fully outfitted kitchen (utensils, crockery, pots/pans etc), well kept and clean facilities; obliging helpful staff, privacy, catering or self catered per your requirements and an assurance that your conference, function or general stay will receive our undivided attention to ensure it's success.

Our Specialty : self-catered group accommodation/retreat:: If your team, club, family group, business, etc. are looking for accommodation/a retreat in the Manawatu, Rangitikei or Horowhenua you must consider us! We are central, convenient travel wise (20 min commute to Palmerston North, Levin and Ohakea) and competitively priced - call for a quote!
